Highground is our chosen affix name which we use to represent any dogs we breed. This website is entirely about our Northern Inuit dogs. At Highground we take great pride in the way we care for our dogs and puppies, they are all fed on the best of food. Nanook was the first to come and live with us she was 7 weeks old and just full of fun kept us on are toes, we were told you wont stop at one, and yes one year later we had Chenoa she was just 7 weeks when we got her and Nanook mothered her, then Nanook had her first litter and we fell in love with Lakota so she stayed with us, she is just a little beauty and a mummy's girl, then came Maska, we saw him on the forum he was up for rehoming and we could’nt resist him, he is absolutely gorgeous and such a mad yoke, then we thought we would bring in another line for breeding and so came Mist, she’s just a little gem, her and Lakota follow me every were i go (there like sticking plasters to me) and i dare say that there will be more to come as these dogs are very moreish. There are some unscrupulous breeders selling crossbreeds and Wolf-Hybrids as Northern Inuit dogs. Always buy from a reputable breeder who can supple true documentation, check with the Northern Inuit Society if you are not sure.
